Refund policy

We accept returns for unused packaging materials, such as barrels and boxes, within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition and packaging.

Exclusions:

• Logistics and transport services are non-refundable unless canceled at least 72 hours before shipment.
• Custom-made or perishable items cannot be returned.

How to Return:

• Contact us at info@kapsexpress.com to initiate a return.
• Return shipping costs are the client’s responsibility unless the item is defective.
• Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
• Return fee: 20€ per item.
• Free returns if you bring the item to our warehouse ( 712, route de la côte, 57390 Rédange, France
