Starting his professional career at an early age, Joel earned a degree in International Business Relations from the Instituto Superior de Ciências Empresariais e Turismo in Porto. This was where he began his journey in the world of logistics, starting as a Warehouse Technician and later excelling as a Maritime and Land Operations Specialist.

Kaps Express was born as a way for Joel to express this unique gift, discovered through his journey of learning and challenges, as well as his desire to unite the islands and bring his country closer to the world.
